Production Process Introduction

Conduct inspections on specifications, materials and performance of wires, terminals, connectors and other raw materials to ensure all materials meet standards, controlling quality from the source.
Use automated equipment for precise wire cutting and stripping, controlling length tolerance and stripping dimensions to provide a stable foundation for subsequent processes.
Complete precision crimping of terminals and wires with professional crimping equipment to ensure crimp strength and electrical performance, avoiding the risk of poor contact.
Complete plug soldering and harness assembly according to process standards, ensuring firm solder joints and reliable connections to meet complex connection requirements.

Perform two independent electrical tests on finished harnesses, covering continuity, insulation, withstand voltage, resistance and other key indicators, ensuring 100% compliance and eliminating risks such as poor contact or short circuits.
Conduct a final full inspection of appearance, dimensions, markings and packaging, removing defective products to ensure every delivered item meets specifications and appearance requirements.
