All Keys Lost (AKL) Emergency Service
- The Xhorse CS25-45 (XD8ABAGL) is a professional smart key programming cable designed for 2020–2024 Toyota and Lexus models. Supporting the latest 8A-BA and 4A protocols, it allows users to bypass the vehicle's security gateway firewall without any wire cutting or smart box removal, delivering a safe, non-destructive plug-and-play solution for both key adding and All Keys Lost (AKL) scenarios when paired with VVDI Key Tool Plus or Key Tool Max Pro.
Usage Scenarios
All Keys Lost (AKL) Emergency Service
- Scenario: The vehicle owner has lost all smart keys for a 2020-2024 Toyota/Lexus, leaving the car completely immobilized.
- Operation: After unlocking the car door, instead of spend hours removing the smart box from deep inside the dashboard, the locksmith plugs in the CS25-45 cable directly to read immobilizer data and program new keys on-site rapidly.
Routine Smart Key Duplication
- Scenario: The customer has only one working key and wants an extra backup smart key utilizing the new 8A-BA or 4A protocol.
- Operation: Auto repair shops or locksmiths use this cable to safely bypass the vehicle's secure gateway, eliminating expensive dealer PIN code fees, and easily duplicate a second working key within minutes.
Non-Destructive Auto Repair & Retrofitting
- Scenario: The vehicle is still under the factory warranty, and the owner or shop is deeply concerned about cutting or splicing original wires.
- Operation: Equipped with factory-grade 30-Pin dedicated connectors, this cable enables pure plug-and-play without wire cutting, ensuring 100% preservation of the original vehicle warranty and electrical safety during programming.
1
What is the primary function of this cable?
It is a dedicated programming cable for 2020-2024 Toyota and Lexus models. It connects the vehicle's smart key box to Xhorse devices, allowing for fast, non-destructive, and password-free key programming during All Keys Lost (AKL) or key-adding scenarios.
2
Do I still need to remove the smart key box when using this cable?
No. Traditional methods require tedious removal of the smart key box from deep inside the dashboard to read data. With this cable, you only need to unplug the original 30-Pin connector from the box and plug it directly into this cable, significantly simplifying the workflow.
3
Which Xhorse devices are compatible with this cable?
This cable cannot work alone. It is fully compatible with major Xhorse programming tools, including the VVDI Key Tool Plus tablet and VVDI Key Tool Max Pro.
4
Which key protocols or chip types does it support?
It perfectly supports the latest generation 8A-BA and 4A protocol smart key systems used in post-2020 Toyota/Lexus models (e.g., new Sienna, Land Cruiser, Corolla, Lexus NX/RX, etc.).
